Meander
I have subscribed to an online dictionary that sends me a new English word everyday. Today the word is 'Meander'.
Definition: A loop in a river or stream or a series of such loops; a winding, convolute course or path. e.g. a meandering brook or the boy meandered aimlessly through the woods.
Most of us meander though the life until we reach the final destination!

The Boot!
Landmark of Mumbai!
This boot - mhataricha boot in marathi - literally grandma's boot - is situated in the hanging garden. Hanging garden is one of the remaining few green parts in the main city and supposed to have many rare trees and shrubs. It is built by British on top of a large water tank that holds pure drinking water for most part of the main city.
Hats off to the britishers for their real good town planning. Thanks to them there are at least few gardens in Mumbai. I am yet to know any garden planned after independence.

Collage on Mumbai roads
This one is a strange photo. Once while waiting on traffic signal I observed in the rear-view mirror, a small girl sitting on bike in front of her father. Oblivious to the traffic, noise n air pollution, the girl was enjoying her time. I thought of capturing her in my mobile camera, as I saw her in rear-view mirror. Its only after transfering the photo to computer that I observed the complex picture. We can see a ricshaw in front of my car and besides the girl and other veicles behind me, also the rear parcel tray of my car and curiously... it took quite a while for me to realize, my own cellphone reflected in the rear-view mirror.
